Support for Act!

There are several options to obtain support from Delibero.

If you are already a client then either Email or call Delibero [01737 301875] and we will support you as quickly and efficiently as we can. This will in some cases involve dialling in to your PC and 'taking over' your computer [with your permission of course] to correct any issues or effect some simple training. In most cases there is no charge however, for major issues or on-site visit the charge is for the time you use. There is no upfront costs and you will only be charged when you use the service.

If you are not a client we will also support you on an 'as required' basis but all time is chargeable at £100.00 per hour or part thereof.

In the first instance you may find a solution by searching the Knowledge Base that can be freely accessed at the www.act.com web site.

If you have Sage Cover you may call the Act! Technical support on 0845 111 7733 but have your account code or serial number handy. When the call is answered you will be asked to press the # [hash] key and the options you want are 2,4,6,3 to get to through to an expert.
