Solution
Act! was installed and within a few months it was obvious that a lot of business was being generated from an area not thought to be of much significance.
Effort was put into a marketing campaign and sales in this particular niche started to soar. A seasonal trend was also seen in the overall reports and this enabled more focus to be generated during these periods.
Our client wanted to expand his business and was able to demonstrate to his bank manger using Act! reports that the plans drawn up were based on real facts and immediately agreed to the necessary loan.
An added benefit came from the salesmen who were now able to generate weekly reports and expenses in seconds rather than the half day set aside for administration. This meant they could spend more time in front of their clients which in turn meant more commission.
