Solution
Delibero were able to confidently recommend Act! for Web as the ultimate sales tool. Remote users were able to access their server from their own PCs at home or anywhere using MS Explorer web browser and Act! login and passwords with no software or database being loaded on to the machine. This allowed them to use Act! in 'real time' and meant that not only Head Office but the salespeople had accurate information whenever they needed it. The sales opportunities increased turnover considerably from both new and existing clients who all felt they had been treated professionally and reliably. No appointments had been missed and no promises un-kept.
The Managing Director was also delighted to gain a clearer picture of his business and to be more able to predict and control sales. The sales team too benefited from the automatic reporting facilities that saved hours of tedious administration and the telesales team knew it was a success when their bonuses increased due to the confidence with which they were able to book demonstrations for the sales team. The IT department were also pleased with the security aspect and were able to easily change the login details when a salesman left keeping the integrity of company data in tact.
