My history with ACT! is a long (and happy) one. I first encountered ACT! way back in 1993 when I was trying to source a CRM solution for my own company. Having scoured the market I discovered ACT! and was quite literally astounded at its capabilities...

Later on I found I was recommending it to other people and they were wanting help with customising and then training to such a degree it was starting to play a large part of my work and I was enjoying it more and more.

In 2000 I decided to approach Interact Commerce Corporation [the owners of Act! before Sage] and took the Certification Course that enabled me to offer a professional, fully qualified service.

Since then I have installed Act! on over a thousand machines for hundreds of different companies, all with unique requirements where I have created special, customised solutions. Having run my own company, I gained a lot of experience that I now employ when looking at any business as this has given me a greater understanding that benefits my customers.

Act! has come a long way since Sage took over and whilst it retains its user friendly interface its abilitiy and flexibility to adapt in todays IT environment is what makes it the exciting product that I still have as much passion for as I ever did.
